Our feasibility service ensures the success of your project by providing you with the information necessary to make informed decisions. We aid you in identifying the most cost effective ways to achieve a high-performance or Passivhaus design, thus giving your project the best possible chance of success from the start.

Our team will conduct a comprehensive analysis of your site (provide design schematic option or renovation scope) review local regulations and policies, and offer suggestions and solutions to ensure that your project is completed successfully.

Concept Design

Bring your vision to life

Our team is committed to understanding your vision and translating it into a concept design that aligns with your requirements.

We pay close attention to the details in order to make your home as unique as you are. Once the concept design meets your requirements, we will provide a preliminary construction cost estimate that breaks down the cost for each of the performance levels offered:

Detailed Design

Working Drawings

In this step, we take your concept design and turn it into a set of comprehensive working drawings that are ready for contract, approvals, and construction. Additionally, you will be able to visualise your home in 3D upon completion.

It is worth noting that if your project requires development approval, H4 has a team of experienced external consultants such as engineers, town planners, bushfire experts, energy assessors. hydraulic designers, and private certifiers that can be engaged to provide the necessary expertise to finalise any reports or designs that may be needed for development approval.

Construction

Pre-construction

Contract

Once all architectural drawings are completed, one of our expert building teams will prepare a fixed price building contract. The contract will include you design, engineering, scope of works, and H4 Premium specification allowances which will give you the flexibility to set your budget for custom finishes.

Selections

With the help of our interiors team utilising a combination of 3D imagery, material samples and colour palettes, experiencing our state-of-the-art supplier showrooms, customising your new home will be a fun and enjoyable experience to complete your vision just the way you want.

Building Approval

While you’re busy finalising your selections the H4 build team will be busy obtaining your approvals to start onsite.

Building or renovating a home involves many intricate tasks that need to be carefully coordinated. At H4 Living, we understand that the process can be overwhelming, which is why we have designed our process with your convenience in mind. Our personal attention and one point of contact make the building journey an enjoyable one.

To meet our quality standards, particularly the high performance and PassivHaus standards, we work with trained and qualified building teams. Our design and build teams work closely together to make sure your home meets your exact specifications.

We conduct regular milestone quality control inspections and an independent handover inspection to guarantee full compliance with our quality standards.
