High Performance Home
The design brief on this home was to create a private single level high performance home that was resilient enough for the owners to age in place.
The result was s tunning contemporary Californian bungalow design that created total privacy and easy living.
Central to the design is the open plan kitchen, living and dining which have a raised 4.5m ceiling with celestial windows to allow an abundance of natural light to fill the home.
